Ordering Help


Starting your Order

  • Locate the item(s) you want to purchase by navigating the Online Store or by using the search box that appears at the top of each page.
  • When you locate an item you wish to order, click on the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart.
  • Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, the item will appear in your cart.  The default quantity value is 1.  This can be changed on the Shopping Cart page.
  • To continue shopping, click on the "Keep Shopping" button. You will be returned to the Online Store.
  • Repeat the above steps until you are finished.
  • When you have finished shopping, click on the "CheckOut" button.
  • At this point, you will enter a secured site for Payment.
Processing your Order
If you have not ordered online before with E Mergent RC you will need to set up an online account. Enter your complete information on the Registration page.  The link is available at the bottom of the Login page.

If you already have a web account with E Mergent RC, enter you Username and Password to login. If you have forgotten your password, there is a link on the login page for you to enter your e-mail address and have your login and password e-mailed to you. Once logged in, your billing and shipping information can be viewed from the Customer Center page.  Please make any necessary changes.
  • If the shipping address is different than the billing address, please enter the complete shipping address.
  • If you have any special instructions, or need to supply any additional information, please enter  that  into the message box at the bottom of the checkout page.
  • Select your preferred shipping method on the form. The totals displayed in the shipping box are the amounts that will be charged based on your selected method.
  • Select your payment method.
  • Enter your Credit Card number and the expiration date in the appropriate boxes. The billing address for the credit card must be accurate.
  • Click "Check Out Now" when you have completed the checkout page and then click "Confirm Order".
  • The next page you see will be your sales receipt. Please print this receipt for your records. You may return to EMergentRC.com by using the link at the bottom of the page.
  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.


Order Processing
All orders are processed beginning at 12:00pm CT, with the process continuing unitl 2:00pm CT Monday through Friday. Every order is reviewed and processed by a trained sales representive. All credit approved orders for in-stock items processed prior to 3:00pm CT are shipped the same day directly from our warehouse/distribution source.

Payment Options
Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal. All credit cards are verified for your safety, and we do not assess surcharges for credit card orders. 

Internet Accounts
Open account status is granted upon credit approval. Call our sales department for a credit application at 256-651-0802.

Continental US customers can prepay their order with a money order, personal check or company check. EMergent RC reserves the right to amend shipping charges depending on size and weight limitations. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears our bank. Please send payment with a copy of your order to:

Sales Tax
We are required to charge Alabama sales tax on any order shipped intrastate. Customers who qualify for tax exempt status must submit a copy of their tax-exempt form before the order is processed. This form can be faxed to us at 256-651-0802.
